Clear View Hydro-Mixer XL

Allows a clear view of the mixing of your water, soap and chemicals with this acrylic manifold block. It comes standard with (1) water, (2) soap and (1) chem/SH metering valve, and all hoses necessary for system.

For optimum performance, reliability, accuracy & consistency **standard connections are AR45 inlet 1 1/4", 3/4" bypass**
-Mounted to aluminum plate.
-Built for high gpm gas powered pumps like the AR45 pumps 10+ GPM
-Special high flow metering valves (made in the USA) designed to give you full performance and no restriction on the pump even when running low SH %.
-Bypass setup for gas pumps included allowing you to run in bypass with the solution recirculating for approx. 5-10 minutes max. 25' Bypass hose included.
-2nd soap/surfactant metering valve to run 2 products simultaneously or eliminate moving your soap line between tanks. Run a surfactant and degreaser or neutralizer/rinse aid.
-Valve indicator to know what % you're running at and ease of operation.
-Identical water and SH valves deliver consistent and accurate ratios day in and day out.
-Flush valve ball valve for the longevity of your pump and systems.
-Precision soap metering valves allow for fine tuning and adjustments right where you need them. No more frustrations of having too much or too little and not being able to get it just right.

Remote Rinse Module

This module is specifically designed to work with the AR45 and proportioning, metering and blend units. Eliminates going back to the truck to turn off soap and switch to rinse or flush. Long distance range, simple on/off remote, chemical resistant and weatherproof components. Unit comes standard with 1/4" hose barbs for soap line and choice of 1/2", 3/4" or 1" hose barbs for water, bleach and bleach valve connection. Two pre-programmed remotes w/battery and 10' power cord with waterproof on/off switch to disconnect power when not in use. Simply connect to a 12 volt battery, make hose connections and start saving time & money! Comes with a stand.
